The mobile kitchen works as an add-on for different cultural events. It’s a „magnet“ in public space – a place for performance which serves as a mobile hub between different people, cultures and interests.

Cuisine is not only a means to an end but culture in it’s earliest form. The kitchen table becomes the starting point for interaction, discussion and art: a place for emergence. The kitchen as the link between the „stage“ and the audience.
